shipment of international orders may typically take an additional 7-21 days to be delivered on top of standard transit. please note that addresses outside the united states may have additional handling fees. you are responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs, and duties which may be levied by your customs or government or other authority upon any parcel we send to you.

all sales are final. we are able to offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. if you are not satisfied with your order in any way, please contact info@wunder.world immediately with your order number and issue. we will not accept any worn or damaged merchandise. unless issue is to be found from our end, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

all items are made with 100% cotton unless otherwise specified in the item's description. to ensure the longevity of your items, we recommend the following care instructions for clothing items:

• turn inside out and machine wash warm
• tumble dry low
• do not bleach (or used added chemicals) or iron on decoration

for rug care instructions: 

• do not wash
• we recommend gently vacuuming this rug once or twice weekly with a brush attachment
• do not use an abrasive rotary brush head as this may damage the rug
